Mohammad Jebeli bdf768ff40 fix: actually add hero video to public/ (was gitignored) 
Previous rename dropped the file: public/hero-bg.mp4 was listed in
.gitignore, so the move deleted it from git without re-adding.
Remove the ignore rule and commit the video as LFS so the hero
background plays.
